What You'll Do:
Share the vision to the rest of the world.
Develop and manage content that is visionary, culturally relevant, and positively impacts Shoutout's community
Monitor community channels; listen and respond to members; increase community membership; establish relationships with active community members and assist them
Plan, source, develop and distribute content for our social media pages in partnership with internal teams that promotes Shoutout's vision and grows the community
Be the voice of the community in internal communications, sharing trends and feedback
In partnership with teams, identify key trending moments to activate the higher engagment through a mix of content, partnerships, and marketing campaigns
Establish and track important community metrics
Develop and implement internal and external community advocate programs to empower and incentivize top community contributors
Become a champion of Shoutout's community, making sure our content reflects the values and needs of our community
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
Minimum 2 years of experience working for a well known brand creating compelling stories, content and campaigns
Passionate about growing customer communities and engaging customers within them.
Experience translating insights, ideas, and data into campaigns and activations
Understanding of the influencer marketing space and experience creating breakthrough campaigns that evolve a brand to reach their target audience
Understanding of search engine optimization and other practices that help to drive traffic to the public-facing pages of a community.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work strategically as a proactive self-starter with independent decision making, driving rapid work delivery, and having a hands-on approach.
